Astrologer Policy

This Astrologer Policy explains the registration, verification, conduct, privacy, consultation, payout and platform rules for astrologers associated with Vyom Astro.

Eligibility and Registration

The astrologer must be at least 18 years old.
The astrologer must provide a genuine name, date of birth, experience details and area of expertise.
Valid identity verification or KYC documents may be required.
Bank or payment details must be provided for settlement where applicable.
False, incomplete or misleading information may lead to rejection of the application.

Profile Verification

Vyom Astro may verify the astrologer's profile before approval.
Qualification, experience, certificates or supporting documents may be reviewed where applicable.
The platform reserves the right to approve, reject, suspend or remove an astrologer profile.

Independent Professional Status

Astrologers associated with Vyom Astro are independent service providers and not employees of Vyom Astro.
Astrologers provide consultation in their own professional capacity through the platform.
Taxes, statutory obligations and professional compliance may be the astrologer's responsibility as per the applicable agreement and law.

Professional Conduct

Astrologers must communicate with users respectfully and professionally.
Guidance should be genuine, responsible and based on the information provided by the user.
Astrologers must not make false promises or claim 100% guaranteed results.
Users must not be misled, pressured, manipulated or frightened for additional services.
Astrologers must not insult, defame or unfairly target other astrologers or professionals.

Prohibited Services

Astrologers must not offer black magic, harmful practices or illegal activities through the platform.
Fake remedies, fear-based remedies and misleading claims are not allowed.
Guaranteed financial returns, lottery promises or assured profit claims are prohibited.
Medical, legal or financial advice must not be presented as professional advice unless the astrologer is legally qualified in that field.
Pregnancy, fetal gender prediction and other prohibited or highly sensitive services must not be offered.

User Privacy and Confidentiality

Birth details, personal problems, chat details, call details and consultation information must be kept confidential.
User phone numbers, email addresses or personal information must not be shared with any third party.
Consultations must not be recorded, published or shared without appropriate permission.

Off-Platform Contact

Astrologers must not encourage users to continue consultation through personal WhatsApp, personal phone number, social media profile, personal website or direct payment.
Consultations, payments and follow-ups should remain within the Vyom Astro platform wherever the service was initiated through Vyom Astro.
Off-platform solicitation may lead to warning, payout hold, suspension or termination.

Consultation Rules

Astrologers should be available on time for scheduled consultations.
Sessions should not be cancelled unnecessarily or repeatedly.
The service, duration and rate shown on the profile must be honored.
Poor service quality, repeated complaints or unprofessional behavior may lead to review and platform action.

Pricing and Commission

Consultation rates, platform commission, astrologer share, taxes, service charges, minimum payout and payout cycle may be defined by the active business agreement.
Customer consultation fees may be divided into Vyom Astro platform share and astrologer earnings.
Refunds, disputes, failed transactions, chargebacks or adjustments may affect the final payable amount.

Cancellation and Refund

If the astrologer does not attend a confirmed session, refund, rescheduling or adjustment may apply.
Technical issues may be handled through rescheduling, support review or refund as per platform policy.
User complaints may be reviewed before any refund or earning adjustment is finalized.
Refunds may be adjusted from astrologer earnings where applicable and subject to the active policy.

Content and Intellectual Property

Kundli reports, articles, videos, remedies, descriptions or other content created for Vyom Astro may be governed by separate ownership or licensing terms.
Astrologers must not submit copied, plagiarized or unauthorized content.
Content published on the platform may be edited, formatted, removed or used as per the applicable agreement.

Reviews and Ratings

Users may provide ratings and reviews after consultations.
Genuine complaints may be investigated by the platform.
Fake reviews, self-reviews, review manipulation or pressure on users for positive ratings are prohibited.

Account Suspension or Termination

An astrologer account may be suspended or terminated for fake KYC, fraud, misleading users, breach of confidentiality, off-platform payments, abusive behavior, prohibited services or repeated complaints.
Vyom Astro may restrict profile visibility, bookings, payouts or platform access during review.
Serious violations may lead to immediate termination without prior notice where permitted by law and agreement.

Payout on Termination

Valid pending earnings may be settled after deduction of refunds, chargebacks, disputes, penalties or other applicable adjustments.
Disputed transactions may be held until the review is completed.
Payout timelines and conditions will follow the active platform agreement and applicable law.

Policy Changes

Vyom Astro may update this Astrologer Policy from time to time.
Updated policy content may be published on the website, platform or astrologer dashboard.
Continued use of the platform after updates may be treated as acceptance of the revised policy.
